&lt;p&gt;700 calories per day&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Run at least 2 miles per day&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pure vegetable juice is not counted.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No meat&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Minimal processed food.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Starting weight: 131 lbs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Goal weight: 100 lbs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Duration: Sunday May 26th-Sunday, August 4th (10 weeks)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weigh-ins will be weekly on Sundays. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I will be cutting my hair short once I lose 15 lbs. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Rewards for pounds lost:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5 lbs- New running shorts&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10 lbs- New running top&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;15 lbs- Hair cut&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;20 lbs- Dinner out with boyfriend (no limit, only meal of day)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;25 lbs- New summer clothes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;30 lbs- New tattoo&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Running Plan:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weeks 1+2- 3 miles per day (1 lap)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weeks 3+4- 6 miles per day (2 laps)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weeks 5+6- 9 miles per day (3 laps)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weeks 7+8- 12 miles per day (4 laps)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weeks 9+10- 15 miles per day (5 laps)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This will be a purging/purifying process. I will be losing pounds I have carried me entire life. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I will also endeavor to save 100 dollars per week from my paycheck to save money for the trail.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have to go to work now. &lt;p&gt;5:30am- wake up&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6:15am- run (3 miles)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7:00- shower/get ready for school&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7:45-11:15am- res. studio&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;11:30-12:30pm- idsa mtg.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;12:30-2:30- boyfriend time&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3:00-7:00-work&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7:00-10:00pm- catch up on reading/relax&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Here&amp;#8217;s my daily goals:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Run at least 3 miles (increasing by one mile every 10 days)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. &lt;p&gt;I made 7 pints of juice last night. That should last me 2 days. I&amp;#8217;m also going to make two batches of almond date milk after my class this morning.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have to call my gym and cancel my membership. Then I have to clean my room and get myself organized. Oh! and I need to go for a run. My goal will be 4 laps around my neighborhood (about 3.5 miles). Hopefully I&amp;#8217;ll go a little faster this time. I ran about 10 min a mile last time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here&amp;#8217;s the plan for the day:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;B- orange ginger juice&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;L- Green Juice&lt;/p&gt;
